This teaching, which is from the catergory of teachings known as mind training, was given directly by the Bodhisattva Manjushri to the great Lama Sakyapa Kunga Nyimpo. Universally recognized as one of the jewels of Tibetan Buddhism. The pith instructions embody the essence of the Mahayana path and serve as a guide to putting these teachings straight to practise. This teaching helps us free our clinging mind which is the main obstacle to lasting happiness for self and all beings.
